Registration Fees

The registration fee includes:
- Attendance at the symposium technical sessions, including tutorials
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- Participation to social events, including social dinner
- A copy of the symposium proceedings
Accompanying Persons
- Accompanying person all-inclusive ticket: 120 Euro (it includes participation to all social events: welcome party, visit to Fondazione Remotti, excursion to Portofino and social dinner)
- Accompanying person Tuesday ticket: 100 Euro (it includes participation to Tuesday's excursion to Portofino and social dinner)
Lunches
Lunches are not included in the conference fee.
Cenobio offers light lunch for the amount of 18 Euro. Lunches at Cenobio must be reserved one day in advance.
The following selected bars offers to SEBD participants agreed menus at the reduced price of 10 Euro, upon presentation of the lunch tickets available at the conference desk.

Student Registration
Student registration is available to those providing a letter on headed note-paper from their University signed by their Head of Department/School confirming their full-time studentship status. Please email the document together with the registration form.
Author Registration
Authors of accepted papers are requested to register by May 15, 2009. Please send an email to sebd2009@dico.unimi.it with your paper ID, the registration form and a copy of the bank transfer.

Receipts will be issued at the registration desk during the symposium.
Registration Form
The registration form (also available in MS-Word format) must be filled in and transmitted as attachment by email to sebd2009@dico.unimi.it, together with a copy of the bank transfer. The subject of the email should be SEBD 2009 - Registration of <full name>.
You will receive an acknowledge of the registration within few days. In case you have no feedback please directly contact the conference organizers.
