Hotel Cenobio dei Dogi

Cenobio dei Dogi

The Hotel Cenobio dei Dogi is situated in the core of the idyllic corner of the eastern Ligurian Riviera, named “Paradise Gulf”, atop the craggy coastline that leads to Portofino in the old fishing village of Camogli.

Brimming with history yet charmingly contemporary, the hotel is an enchanting cocktail of past mixed with present. Its story began in 1565 when a family of the aristocratic Dogi built a villa at the foot of Mount Portofino. Many years later after the Villa had passed from heir to heir it was bought by the noble family De Ferrari. They transformed the estate first into a park and then in 1956 it became a hotel which it remains today.

The seaside views from the hotel are spectacular and can be enjoyed from its private beach, outdoor swimming pool solarium, terrace bar, and restaurant. The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Portofino Natural Park offering a splendid range of hiking trails in the Park to discover the natural beauty of this area of Portofino Coast.
